Cancelled an order-now they are trying to sue me thru an attorney for something I did not received

Ordered a computer and cancelled order. Also placed a stop payment thru my bank. Now company is trying to sue me for item not received. Contacting my state Attorney's General Office for their practices. They are definitely a rip-off!!!
