Ordered speakers from DCCA on 5-11/09. Received by UPS on 5/14/09. Speakers were broken. Contacted seller by phone and e-mail. They were to file a claim. After several contacts with the seller and no action, we filed the claim with UPS. UPS picked the speakers up on 5/28. We tried multiple times to get replacement speakers or replacement items. Either they were backordered or not available. We requested the order be canceled and a refund issued. It has now been 6 months, over 100 e-mails and multiple phone calls, and empty promises made by them. I want my sons hard earned money back!
