Awful! I ordereda watch winder as a gift the Digital Gift Store (AKA DigitalGiftStore.com) onTuesday morning 10/20 with a note saying it is gift and MUST be delivered by10/30. The website clearly noted there were 10 items in stock at the time Iplaced the order. They wrote backtwice asking for my pone number and CVV, which, were correct on the originalorder form. When asked about the shipping timeline for a California recipient Iwas told, "This order is shipping from California and should reach the giftrecipient very quickly." OnFriday 10/23 at 5:45 pm DigitalGiftStore.com called to say the item was not instock. Calling Friday after business close left me in a major bind, Icannot get this product locally. Icannot get it to the recipient on time without expedited shipping costs sinceweekend orders are shipped till Monday or Tuesday and I need it by Friday. They offered no alternative solutions. I am livid that they can get away with a blatant lie on the website about theirinventory. Apparently, DigitalGiftStore.com does not have any inventory on hand; it all comesfrom other distributors. As of 10/28 they still say 10 items available for thisproduct. Do not use this front ofa online store.
