I buy movies from bestbuy all the time. I mean i buy 400 dollars or more each time i buy. It all started one day when i didn't recieve one of my movies that cost 14.99.
I called for days only to be told to call back in 10days when the 10th day came i called them to ask for my movie or a refund. They info me that the post office mailed the movie. I told them that i order movies all the time and i assure you i never recieved it further more why would i go through this much trouble to get one 14.99 movie i was told i could not get my refund until 10days and then i needed to fill out a form.
After the form they will investgate and maybe i will receive my refund. I was so upset at this action because i was a loyal buyer for years that i took back every movie that was not open to one of local stores in total i got 850 dollars and they lost out. I will never shop with best buy again. And i mean never
