I purchased a KOGI flat panel monitor through Best Buy because of the rebate associated with it. I purchased it, paid in full and had it shipped to my door. That was the easy part.
I cut off the UPC and mailed along with required info to this company and figured I would see my rebate within "8 to 10 weeks" YEAH RIGHT.
That was February, it is now JULY, I have seen nothing from this company other than an approval on their so-called "rebate tracking" site called "Wheresmyrebate.com"
What a bunch of crap.
They give you a contact address on the site but tell you that they will not respond to any emails. Then whats the point of having a contact address???!!!
I cannot believe that Best Buy would use such a 3rd party business to take care of something like this. How ridiculous and aggrivating for everyone!
