Took a friend to see the movie The Switch, we both loved the movie. During the movie we kept hearing this LOUD noise and thought we were having a thunderstorm in the local area. An usher came by and I stopped him and ask him what the noise was was it thunder or C5 planes form Dover Air Force Base running there engines. The usher told us that it was from the movies in the next theater (we were in show room number 4). It was very distracting, but we did not want to leave, because we were enjoying the movie. When the movie ended we was to speak to the manager, we were approached by the asst mge., who wasn"t at sympathy to our complaint. He told us the movie next to us was an action film and a lot of action, we told him mit was very distracting and felt that a noisey movie should be next to another loud noisy movie, he said, "what do you want me to do, turn down the volumne on there film." Movies are expensive and we should have been ab le to enjoy our movies without all that banging. He also stated that we stayed till the end. He just didn't get it. We ask for tickets to another show, but he said no way. We are senior citizens and told him he has just lost two customer who will not be coming to the Dover Mall to watch movies if we have to endure hearing another film noise.
