Worldcom sent me phones. After 3 months of trying to get a phone I could use locally, I canceled the service. They were not doing as promised. They sent me a bill for using the phone 3 months later one bill was for a phone never taken out of the box for $1500.00 in long distance. We never used the phone. We even called the number the phone was suppose to have and the number reach another cell phone.
Now 1 yr later we are recieve collection bills for the phones. We do not owe the bills we never used the phones. We could call a block away without being charged long distance, we tried to get this corrected and kept getting run around. We canceled the phones within their time limit. We have a number to contact that is suppose to take care of this problem. 1-800-893-7589 Good luck to anyone who tries.
