Ripoff fraud internet Ads and business

I ordered a cable Box supposed to work with digital "The Global universal cable box will still work for all analog channels (CH 1-125) even if you have digital cable service! It didn't worked so I returned it for a refund of $197. I never saw my money back "30-DAY FREE TRIAL, FREE LIFETIME TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE 7/24h, and so on..." when I call the 800 number the line is always Full and now the line is disconnected.
