My advice is don't believe a word that either AndyA or Freefallnet Inc say. Here's why...
I won an auction on ebay for laptop, from Freefallnet inc, and received a shipment of an item with only about 2/3 of the advertised features.
According to the agent, AndyA, this company was new, had 98 of the items to sell, that he didn't know that the items weren't as described until I told him, that they were selling like hotcakes, that I should just be happy with what they had provided.
I observed continued selling under the same auction details, even though the company told me they did not have that item.
I was on a deadline, had my computer fail at a bad time, urgently needed replacement, and shared all of this with the agent. I wanted the item I had won, or have the missing features added to the one I had been shipped. I would have been open to a partial refund, or other compensation, just to get going on my work, but this was never offered to me.
Many emails back and forth lead to a promise from the agent for replacement of the item with another that would be built to the specifications of the auction I had won.
If I brought in the shipped item, he [Andy] promised to give me a receipt for it, and to ship its replacement within 7 days. He also promised to request a 2nd machine to these specs at the same price, and free software to sweeten the deal.
I did bring in the item, he {AndyA] took it, refused to give me a receipt, and secretly refunded my payment. I ended up with nothing except false agreements.
I left feedback saying item not as described, communication unsatisfactory, and that he promised to replace my item but didn't. His reply was we dont have what you want. Yet they advertised it!
AndyA is now refusing to reply to emails or answer or return phone calls. I am computerless after putting in many hours effort, I lost 3 weeks worktime, and feel like a fool for believing AndyA's many unfulfilled promises.
My advice is dont believe a word that either AndyA or Freefallnet Inc say.
