The word frustrated doesnt even begin to describe the way i feel with this company. I filed a claim because i lost my phone, they charged me $130.00 for the new phone, 2 days later, i found the old phone in my purse. I PAID FOR THE NEW PHONE!!! And they asked me to send both phones back, so they can see what they can do.
1.) what am i supposedto use in the mean time?
2.) i paid for the phone!!!
What am i missing.
I understand that their policy states that they will need to have the oldphone back, but ethicly, they should be sending me a check back as well. This is the most rediculous thing ever.
