I ordered a product from this company and it arrived in damaged condition. I notified them and was told that a replacement item would be shipped immediately. I never received a replacement item. I've sent them three emails and never received a response. I filed a claim through PayPal and was told that their "buyer's warranty" only covers non-receipt of an item, not receipt of a damaged item. I've tried calling them numerous times but have never been able to reach anyone.
