I'm just one mother raising two children & I'm not saying I've never been late on my statement before, but I usually contact & tell them the statement will be overdue. I've had my telephone for approximately three years (near to 4) & for the reason that period I've been late three times. I've 3 telephones on my consideration the statement is nearly 200.00 bucks. I named 7 informed them that I'd spend my statement about the 14 on July the statement was due about the 10th they provide a-3 day elegance nevertheless when I named they explained the telephone wouldn't be turn off if compensated about the 14th obviously I visited spend the statement with my charge card at 9:00 AM about the 14th & no telephone support. Personally I think when somebody continues to be having a business so long as I've & has 3 telephones & just been late three times & calls to tell them the statement is likely to be compensated they ought to atleast provide me-time to pay for the statement (prefer to Midday) since many banks do not start till 9:00 AM...
