Gexa Energy is just a total RIP-OFF. The worst support ACTUALLY. I've been disconnected twice in 10 times. Today just how can this be. I acquired a note from their store about my support. I named and talked to some repetition on Oct 27. She explained i had a need to spend $200. Used to do to ensure that sameday. On November 3rd you know what, my support was disconnected. I named to discover the issue. I had been informed the statement was $279 and that I had a need to spend $79 to become repaired. So that they cut me off for $79. Why didnt the repetition tell me $279!!! Used to do so. I settled the $79. I'd to remain in a resort that evening. That charge me $100 more dollars. Therefore, on Friday November 10th I settled another $300 since I do want to spend this location totally down. You know what, my support is DOWN TODAY SINCE THE BILL IS $331.00. These folks switched off our lights for $31 dollars.US-FUCCIN-PLAUSIBLE!!! This is actually the issue... Why wasnt I told a proper add up to be compensated? Why did one-rep say $200. Then still reduce my lights-out... Why did another repetition inform me $79 to displace they recover me... Then I spend another $300 plus they remove me for $31!!! It creates NO SENSE. Its a rip-off. Today i've to pay for re connect feeis. Today I paid another $300. Today they say I've a credit since the present statement isnt due till Nov 23. After all could you think this. Additionally, the don't provide any type of help. State your statement arrives about the 20th however, you cant spend it before 25th. When you have gotten a disconnection notice previously 12 weeks there's no aid for you. Not disconnected only a notice in annually. I am talking about what's that!!! Additionally, I've been requesting them why my statement is really large. Some weeks my statement is much like $400. I actually had them come and examine the meter. I believed that it had been from my swimming pump operating for possess the evening. You know what, they'd me on avariable price strategy of 27 cents kwh!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE. I named again and again and requested them-this... Therefore today I've changed with a agreement for 12.9 kwh... I do want to stop them-so poor... But to stop you've to pay for $250. Exactly what a rip-off. Horrible support. Rude repetitions. Simply stupid stupid stupid. Y me for good getting this service. It's the worst!!! 1
