Our statement was due on August 28th. It had been settled on August 20th.
The following month my statement was due on September 28th based on the automatic introduction about the 800#. I settled my statement on September 8th. How is that this incorrect? Based on lender I did so wrong, I had been delayed becuase I paid too soon. They WOn't post my 9/8 cost towards the statement due 9/28 simply because they need me to hold back til following the 9th of the month to pay for. Just how can they decline an "promptly cost"??? They billed me late fee, plus required away my promotional price with the attention evaluated (an additional $200) I got struck with overlimit fee. Exactly why is it that I will just spend my statement within the span of a half month rather than complete month. Its not authorized in order for them to decline cost about the first 12 times of the payment period. Easily have until 5 or 6pm about the 28th to pay for my statement, I am aware that there might be several morning screen before I will spend my next bill however they are informing me it's incorrect to create a cost about the 29th, 30th, 31st, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th. Easily create a payent on some of these times it'll back credit it for that statement which was due the month preceding despite the fact that my cost was for multiple the minute amt due. The following month they needed a $590 pmt in the place of $129... I named and worker stated they'd let me create a reg pmt of $129 since I have wasnt late with last pmt. I did so that they struck me with anothe rlate charge and overlimit charge since I did so as she stated and settled another quantity then your quantity of the statement. That is still happening.
