No show/no fix

I've a fresh Whirlpool washer. It began dripping water 14 days after I purchased. And so I named service. A&E Factory Support, 1st visit was a no-show, 2nd visit no part, overnighted the part, it came as guaranteed but no show from specialist on 3rd appointment. Finally about the 4th visit the techian looked over me when I was strolling towards the doorway to satisfy him, then left. Nevertheless no repair. I named A&E, and was informed that I'd need to create a fifth appointment. A&E repetition was rude and useless. They really dared me to document a with Whirlpool. So I did. Whirlpool requested me to test another support provider. So I did. Letis notice what goes on today. A&E Factory Support is horrible. Be recommended to contact the maker first and obtain another organization to support your devices!
