A & E Manufacturer SUPPORT? A lot more like LOW-support! WHOA, after studying each one of these grievances I'm better that I am not by yourself within the support supplied by A & E. Atleast they do not discriminate, they treat everybody badly. They certainly DON'T worry about their clients and also have no regard due to their time. They rescheduled with me 4 times (twice about the evening of the visit when I was house from work waiting in it)... They clearly do not know exactly what the phrase "visit" means. Once they do reschedule, it's never for that following day but instead atleast 3 days later. Evidently they do not believe the support they offer is crucial - - - my Amana part-by-side fridge was out for 25 times, they didn't care that people couldn't have dairy for the children
I called Whirlpool twice about that and was nicely informed That The & E Factory Support was an independent organization that they do not have control over their arrangement, nonetheless they did assist me with scheduling them. Easily was Whirlpool, I'd really rethink having the corporation represent them like a company!
