Took money from my bank account for someone elses bill/I do not have an account with Direct TV

My daughter signed up with Direct TV and used my debit card for her istallation fee. When she lost her job she cancelled Direct TV and Direct TV turned to my bank account and took a 385.00 cancellation fee. I do not have a contract with Direct TV nor did I authorize the transaction. My bank "WAMU: states there is nothing they can do. I do not live with my daughter. They had no right to take the money from my account.
