I have found that the it is very hard to get an answer from this company and have been getting the run around on my order for over 3 months now. My next course of action is to contact my credit card company to have the charges reversed. I only wish I had used my Amex...

If you call them expect to be on hold for at least 30 minutes... Then if you want to speak with a manager, the answer you get from Nader is, "we have a corporate office but there is not phone number for the office" What a load of BS!!!
