I ordered a 65" plasma television from www.ykzadd.com. The merchant would only accept Western Union as payment method.
After sending payment via Western Union, I got an email from Western Union confirming delivery of the money.
The merchant sent me an email indicating Chinese customs was requiring an additional tax before the shipment could proceed. So, I sent another Western Union payment to the merchant.

Again I received an email from Western Union confirming delivery of the second payment. The merchant claims to never have received the second payment, and refuses to ship the product ordered.
