Well it seems as though I need to check out internet retailers better before I buy! If I had seen the usacomplaints.com here I would have not attempted a purchase from Dealer Cost Car Audio. After the transaction and after my card had been charged I did not receive the tracking number I was promised. I contacted them three times and received a one-line response on the first two. Something to the affect of: Dude, we'll get it right out! No tracking number, no-it's back ordered, no-we anticipate a shipping date of AA-BB-CC, nuttin'! Just a "Can you just work with us directly for resolution?" "Yeah, right buddy! You had your chance!"
I am not a patient person and smelled a rat so immediately called my credit card company to initiate the refund. A final letter was sent to customer NO-service cancelling my order. Hopefully the refund process will occur quickly and I will be able to get another amp from a reputable company!
The internet is a great place to do business, but buyer beware applies here more than ever!
