Place online order on 8/15/09 paid with debit card. Card was immediately charged. 8/24/09 no shipping notice emailed customer service they said should be shipped any day. September no shipping notice emailed customer service they said "clarify" and send invoice to them. October no shipping emailed customer service to cancel order and refund they said "why". December submitted complaint to CA State Attorney General they wrote to Dealer Cost Car Audio. Dealer Cost send them back a reply that they had canceled and refund the money. Jan 27th Dealer Cost emailed me that they had canceled the order and I should have my refund in 3 to 7 days. February 10th still no refund. EmailedDealer Cost Car Audio and they asked for my credit card number so they could refund which means they lied to the CA Attorney General. Do Not Buy From This Company before you do a "review" search. They have over 500 BBB reports and have an "F" rating. Also, anyone who has been ripped by them should go online to the CA State Attorney General's website and file a complaint. They told me if they get enough complaints they will start and investigation. Let's put an end to this online crook.
