ON 11/19 I ordered a Sony CDX-M50IP marine radio from this company. They did not have the lowest price but offered a 3 year warranty, which sold me to order from them. I had zero problems with the online ordering and receiving my order.
After using my radio for 10 months the unit has stopped working properly. NONE of the buttons on the face plate will respond. Since Dealer Cost Car Audio offered a 3 year warranty I tried to contact them to get the unit fixed. I first sent them an email back in Late September, then again in middle October. I've started calling them and emailing them again Daily. When you call you get two different reactions. One they have a wait longer then 30 minutes and your hung up on. Two you sit on hold for 15 minutes for the system to respond with your call can not be completed. Then it starts over...
Their system says they USUALLY respond to emails within 24hrs. I have emailed every account I can no less then 8 times in 3 months, with NO RESPONSE.

This company LIES. THIS COMPANY is a joke. Listen to everyone and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You are not saving enough for your time and headaches.

DEAL COST CAR AUDIO... YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED!!!
I think you need your A$ sued off. I hear a CLASS ACTION Coming on.
