We've been with time warner for about 6 months now. We've paid EACH month and for some reason which they REFUSE to explain to us. The bill MAGICALLY because over $700 dollars. When I asked for a statement from the start of service till present the guy at the office says "We don't keep Statements and we don't file anything." So then when I asked for CORP he tells me, "TIME WARNER ISN'T A COOPERATION and can't give the number." So I asked who is paying his wages..."I'M NOT SURE" Ok. Playing stupid doesn't fly with me no matter what. It sure in the hell doesn't fly with me when they are demanding 700 dollars from me and they can't even give me a reason why it's so high. So then the guy at time warner tells me, "Maybe your bill is 700 dollars or maybe you're late." Late?! I pay that damn company on time because MY JOB is working on the net. So I wake up this morning after working a full night trying to get a website up for a client.inTERNET DOWN, PHONE DOWN AND MY CABLE DOWN. We go to time warner and here comes the "I DON'T KNOW CRAP" games. I even asked for the last payment and the man completely IGNORED me and commented on some guys ASS. So I got a little snippy and snapped my fingers to regain this man's attention. Not only did he not answer me. But, apparently TIME WARNER doesn't even know when my last payment was. So I asked them... Ok. What if I tell you right now, "I just paid my bill at another store?" he goes, "Then I would look on the computer and see if you did." OK. "Then look on your computer and SEE when I paid the last BILL." He gives me this Sigh and looks at the man whose butt seemed to be taking center stage. You know when people are honestly looking for a job and you have a piece of work like this working. YOU get mad. How does Time Warner ALLOW people to ACT like this. When a time warner guy tells me he's trained to believe everyone who is unhappy with a bill is liars. I can't believe this guy not only told me time warner trains him that all people are liars but the jackass called me a "F"ing BITCH because I wanted a supervisor to explain to me why the bill is so high. Then time warner is amazingly messed up. I'm unhappy because they can't give me ONE DAMN GOOD REASON or even a reason at all why the bill is high. Nor. When I request for corp's number apparently time warner doesn't even exist. Yeah. I'm mad. I paid 400 dollars today just to get service back because I don't have a choice to lose my internet for one day. So I'm backed into a corner because I don't have enough down time to spare a day off work to get new service. 1 day off could mean I lose my family home. So for anyone thinking just change the service. It's a week downtime I CAN'T AFFORD. (yeah I did ask for a receipt because apparently their computers don't hold account information.) As I'm walking out the door he tells me that I'll owe another 789.00 by august 23.. 10 unhappy customers walked out unhappy before me cussing far more worse then me (I saved my cussing for the car). Maybe instead of giving bailouts to thieves. MAYBE SOMEONE SHOULD investigate the companies that are stealing hundreds of dollars from hard working people. Fire the ones that can even pull a lil charm out of their ass to weasel money from you. I don't like being called a liar and I sure in the hell in a room full of people don't like being called a "F*G B*H" when I did nothing more then ASK (never once did I raise my voice or did I use a cuss word) about my bill. I didn't walk out of there with my face to the floor feeling embarrassed even though I was. I walked out of there with people telling me to sue and them yelling at the time warner guy. Yeah it was uncalled for. I'm all for someone doing a class action against them. MAYBE it'll make them a half decent company.
