I cannot get the service I paid for and reception is terrible. I have complained to two stores and to national, and Nationally

I have spent a year trying to get decent reception and to be able to get the services I paid for such as getting on the web, being able to get and read attachments on emails.

I have been through cell phones ie. LG voyager, Blackberry (BB) World, BB curve, BB Storm and each time was told about how great the service was. The BB Curve did the best but I was told the BB storm would be the greatest. I have been greatly disappointed but I cannot seem to get anyone to care. They sold me an electronic device called (A Signal Extender) which helped a little whe talking on the phone but did nothing for data transmission.

I have even reported this to the FCC and have a complaint number but no one seems interested. I get the feeling that Verizon is the greatest at advertising and the poorest at service. I feel their advertising does not represent me st all. You might ask why I do not change companies. I have gotten children, grandchildren, son-in-laws, daughter in laws to sign up for their call Verizon members for free. My total is 13 relatives etc.
