Avoid Verizon's ADVISOR Elite refurbished pagers. The same day I received it, it started malfunctioning. It turned itself on and off, over and over again, beeping each time. It had a 30-day warranty. They sent me another one. About 60-days after receiving it, it too had the same problem.
I called them and asked for a replacement, even though it was past the 30-day warranty. I explained that something is wrong with their quality control because I got two junk pagers in a row. The best they would do is offer me a 50% discount on a new one. I had to eat the price of the 2nd junk one they sent me that no longer works.
