I bought a state of the art indestructible phone (the rock) from Verizon wireless, 14 months later (the rock) was dead. (My fault being a heavy equipment mechanic i am hard on phones) Called asurion that sent me my new replacement phone. (The Boulder) a all ready discontinued model with the wrong charger. (it took a week to get the right charger) this was three months ago. This phone locks up. Rings only when it wants to. (i work for myself and rely on my phone for my next job) the verizon wireless/asurion warranty is a joke. Casio phones are junk.
