Dont buy anything from this store or the one in garden grove. The store looks very attractive from the outside. If your looking for a car stereo equipment, tv video for your car, ipod hook-up or rims these two stores are not the place to buy. Your better off buying at best buy, al& ed.
These two arbics or persian guys tell you some mumbo-jumbo story that they can find any items you need and give you the best deal in town. But dont, they pretty much bully you, in buying some cheap stereo, tv monitor, rims or having your installation fail on you and making you believe your getting a great deal while telling you they have the top of the line equiptment or professional trained installers.
You are doomed once you give them your credit card, money, ect... Once they enticed you in buying a product or installing a equiptent, they become pretty much nasty, never telling you that all sales are with "no refund." never telling you at all that the store policy dont offer refund, or give you the run-a-round about how long the installation is going to take.
They do a poor job installing your stereo equipment, tv and give you the run a round once the installation is complete. You'll probably be waiting weeks and coming back to the store repeatly because of the products or the installation are unsatifactory. The bottem line once they received your money, it pretty much "business is closed" and your on your own, dont bother us.
They hope that you will leave because your too stupid to know what the h*ll your talking about, and eventually give up. "dont give up, " because your unhappy with the product or the installation. They are betting that you wont go out of your way, making you feel helpless or stupid not knowning your rights like suing, or filing a complaint. The more complaint you filed with better business bureau, it would flag the investigator, they will probably not get to renew their license from (agency: bear: electronic & appliance repair) and causing them a poor rating and the two city would not renew their licenses too.
If you find yourself in this situation, dont give up, the owner, mohammed aboadbo, is greedy and dont care about you!!! He and his employees sells crappy products and do a piss-poor installation. Fyi-there are many pacific stereo store around california, they have many owners, it's a franchise business, dont let him or his employees fool you that they are a big stereo company like best buy, and the owner lives out of state. Its a bunch of bull.
File a complaint with better business bureau, file a complaint with the lakewood and garden grove or the city that the store is located. Immeditailly, demand for service or exhcange with no run a round, get everyting in writting, not verbal, carry a tape recorder while talking with any employee make it visible keep everyone in check. Dont lose your temper because they are stupid and giving you some mumbo-jumbo story. Leave the store and take him to court, you have he upper hand, go file a small claims, its not that hard the clerk will guide you through it. Make sure you add in the small claims cost too. Once your awarded the judgement, if he doesent pay, have his business placed on a lean or garnish is wages or tax refund. Write a poor review satifcation on the internet because his friends and employees had already wrote wounderful stuff about his business a bunch of bs.
Let us get this guy out of business because he don't care about you, "only your money."
