Ultimate fares has absolutly no customer service! I spent over 6 hours on hold and was ultimatly hung up on. During all that time I was also emailing them about my problem. When my call started I was caller #9 with a 60 minute wait time. After 4 hours I became caller #1 with a 1 minute wait time which went to caller #1 with a 5 minute wait time and eventuall I ended up as caller #1 with a 60 minute wait time. It was obvious that they didn't want to speak to me.
