So I started receiving "unkown caller" calls every five minutes at all hours of the day and had no way of stopping them. So I contacted magicjack technical support and asked them to either... 1. Block the caller 2. Have my number changed 3. Refund my money, seeing they weren't fixing the problem. Guess what, they gave me no options to resolve this and pretty much could care less about "customer care". So much for trouble shooting or technical support when you use their service. I've contact them more than 3x and guess what their question to me was? Can you give me the number that is calling you? Doesn't the word "unknown caller" give anyone a clue here?
