I sent my i pod in all it needed was a hard drive everything else was fine coud not get in touch with them after they got my i pod and my money for days then when i did they tell me that the logic board the harddrive the earphonejack the battery was all bad bullcrap all worked fine before sent wanted over 250.00 to repair i pod thats crazy just kept saying so you want us to send it back over and over again dont use total rip offs makes me sick.
