Ilo HDTV Shuts Itself Off, Repair Center Number Leads to Dead Website

I bought an Ilo 32" HDTV from Walmart about a year and a half ago. Last week my Walmart Ilo HDTV began shutting itself off. I have tried calling the repair center. That number only sends me to a non-existent web site. Nowhere on the Walmart sites is there a repair center. All local repair shops will not do repairs on the Walmart Ilo HDTV. What can I do?
