Image One Cellular claims to be a leading provider of refurbished cell phones and claimed to have a return rate of less than 2.5%.initially the phones I was receiving were very nice and I only had an occasional return. However, after a few months the quality of phones went down the toilet. Some of the phones wouldn't even turn on, wouldn't charge or had bad displays right out of the box!
I returned the defective phones only to receive "repaired" phones back that were still exhibiting the same problems. After returning the same phones for the same problems multiple times, I was informed the phones are now out of warranty and I was out of luck even though the phones were defective right from the start.
So the moral of the story is... Image One Cellular has a return rate closer to 50%, their quality control department is non-existent, and their repair/return department doesn't repair anything.
Do not buy phones from them. There are many other suppliers out there who are much more reliable.
