Protection Plus is offering a large selection of products for sale. When confronted about wither they are in business an e-mail from a g-mail account, not a business e-mail was received. William wrote back to validate the orders had been received and are being processed
After two weeks of waiting for an order on posted In-Stock items was not received the business was contacted. A clear message from a William Humphries was received indicating the products were being customized and would ship soon (no ETA was given as to what soon means).
After another week of waiting, an e-mail demand letter was sent to either ship or refund the orders. At this time the William Humphries "Protection Plus" sent an e-mail indicating they did not have the products and their delay is worse so they would refund the orders.
Yet another week passed and no refund was credited for the purchases made. I e-mailed the company again and this the infamous William Humphries "Protection-Plus" indicated that they had credits over $1,800 paid out in the past month. Due to this they will be quote Stopping Paypal as a provider. (Gee sounds like Paypal was protecting their members). William Humphries indicated in his e-mail that this credit would be issued in 3 days. 8 Days later I still have not received a credit for the purchases made over a month ago now.
The vague responses received from this company Protection Plus (William Humphries), the lack of details provided in his e-mail responses, failure to sign a name on the e-mails and unprofessional business tactics all lead me to the 100% conclusion that this is not a litigate business and they are using their internet website located at www.protection-plus.Biz as a internet scam to process orders for products in which they know they will not be able to deliver or fulfull.
All e-mails from this company concerning this issue have been saved and can be provided to support the above claim.
