Ordered ink cartridges totalling approx. $62.00 on June 2. No delivery by June 12th. Called to follow up. C/S agent informed me of backlog of orders. I said, "you don't inform your customers of such a delay?". She made no effort to apologize. I asked to be transferred to a manager. She said the manager was not available (not surprised). I could leave a voicemail. I told her I didn't want to leave a voice message - I wanted to talk to a person. She transferred me anyway to a Michelle. I also sent an email of complaint requesting that my order be completely cancelled.
