On June 19 & June 21, I ordered various parts to repair a garage door. Payment accepted was by online check only. Those deductions were made immediately from my bank account. I received an email receipt for each order. Delivery was to be within 5-7 business days. To date, no items received.
On July 1, I called to check the status of my order. The voice mailbox did not identify the company at all. The greeting merely said, "leave a message."
I left a message and have tried several additional calls, none of which have been answered nor responded to. I have not received any response to an email.
