I ordered a cell phone online thru cricket wireless. I was told by a representative that I have an option for my phone to be shipped to my P.O. Box. I waited patiently for my phone to arrive and tracked it thru FEDEX only to find that my phone was rerouted back to cricket wireless. When I asked for my refund they told me it would take up to 30 days. I asked them to shoot me an email that I would receive my refund in full, and in turn I was given a hard time. They told me they are charging me a $15 dollar activation fee for a phone I never received. The whole point of my bad experience is that I was misinformed by a representative suggesting I have my phone shipped to my P.O. Box. I called several days in a row and a supervisor told me they don't ship to P.O. Boxes... Well checkout this fine print under the bill of sale:
