I too felt like I was at a used car lot and that the employees went not very knowledgeable. Purchased one of there hd cables and it seemed very high priced was told by sales person that it was very good quality. Ok I'm no expert. That same day was in and noticed a very similar cable same size length, Gold tips and all for half the price at a savings of almost $40.00 dollars.
I returned HHgregg cable the same day and they said I would have two wait 2weeks to get my money back. And to me that is not very good customer service. Also did you know that if you don't return something in 14 days that you will not get your money back. You'll have to settle for store credit. What if you found a product you liked better at another store you'd be SOL if you didn't return it within the 14 days.
Not some place I feel comfortable shopping in.
