Questionable business methods
I had been originally informed the statement for that regular support strategy would be $45 per month:). Okay the very first statement was $52, I published it down on track costs: (. Today six months into support and also the statement is as much as $57 and that I choose to check out the consideration depth (yes I know I understand). I don’t understand how but I had been registered for Ringback Tones, today they claim I registered for them 5 weeks before and that I have now been spending money on them since, properly. I ask myself; May I have put up ringtones??? Lol NUMBER! IDGAF about ringtones. But since I have was sluggish about not taking a look at my statement its my problem, NO! I didn’t established it-up! Well who did? IDK! However, you may believe since ringtones weren’t employed because it was put up they may choose to credit me? NO! Actually today they would like to cost me & everyone $1.55 to truly have the thanks to delivering me a document statement and discovering these wierd costs, hmm. Isn’t that area of the support? You might believe! PG&E doesn’t cost for delivering me a statement, neither does the town for my water, etc. Etc… It's area of the support! Regardless I ended the band back shades as can I quickly stop the support.
OH yes they also attempted to rigid me about the refund for that telephone stating that I didn’t meet up with the period contract, lol, I'm happy I purchased stamps after I shipped the shape and adopted the instructions to some tee, & required photo copies. It sure assisted after I needed to combat for my reimbursement.
