I been had ringback tones on my phone since the beginning of 2009 or longer. Cricket takes $5.00 from me every month for 2 credits on ringback tones.in Nov. Of 2009 I purchase outside of the 2 credits I get a month an additional credits which was $5.00. So now I have about 7 or more ringtones.in Dec. Of 2009 my husband notice my ringback tones were gone. Not onlly that my line got tied up with another persons line. I called cricket not one time but several time to let them know that my ringtones were not on my phone anymore. Customer Service place me on hold several time than hung up on me. They also send me on the run around. Spoke with one customer service rep she was no help at all she just repeated everything I said back to back. I asked to speak with a supervisor she put me on hold for about 30 mins. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Lewis Pesonal Id#3866931 he promised me he was going to call me back within 4 hours so that he could get my ringback tone back on my phone never did I get that phone call. I called again to check the status. I was place on hold, hung up on, tranferred to different departments and so on. Finally spoke with aother supervisor I told her about my ringback tones being deleted she stated she could only give me a $5.00 credit on the 7 to 8 tones which is about $40.00 worth and she cant do anything else took that or nothing. I told her I am not taking $5.00 dollars cause it was not my fault that the tones were gone she had real nasty attitude I pay my bill on time all i wanted them to do is to my tones back on my phone or refund all my money
