I've had Cricket Instant for nearly three years; for that previous 5 weeks I've been coping with my cost being incorrect. I spend $1.25 monthly in order for them to deliver me a document statement and each month the document statement is incorrect.in May I slipped off $5 insurance off among my telephone and my statement remained exactly the same. I went in and endured within the shop for 45 units plus they stated it had been mounted also it wsanot. The following month I acquired my document statement also it was still incorrect. For 4 weeks I went within the shop plus they ultimately explained they mightnot do something that I'd need to contact the 1-800 number, and so I did. As a whole hours I've been about the telephone together for atleast 3 hours plus they keep stating my statement is something and my document statement that I purchase previously month suggests different things. I question them why and also the might provide me the run-around. The client support is GARBAGE and also the individuals are rude and inform my that's my problem and anything like this. I'd never recommend Cricket instant to anybody again and recommend you to swich if you've it before it occurs for you.
