Would not give me what I paid for and refuse to refund my money

I included $60.00 to my consideration to obtain the $49.99 strategy. Their program automatcally charged me for my prior $24.99 strategy. I named customer support and customer support representative Jason and John within the Philippines declined to alter intend to $49.99, The declined to return my cash since I told them that used to donot want to cover something which I didn't need. I needed my 60.00 baack! I settled in to the consideration $60.00, especially for the 49.99 strategy. John and Jason, explained that since I created 3 telephone calls for 22 units, they might not return my cash and declined to provide me what I taken care of, that the 49.99 strategy.

Also note: I pick the $49.99 strategy before I settled for this. The web site mentioned that my consideration might alter towards the $49.99 strategy on 5/6. And On 5/6, I added 60.00 to my account to buy the program! Their program automatcally charged me for my prior $24.99 strategy. And so I was left with about $25.00 in my own bill. I'd to remain about the telephone with Jason and John for one hour! I told them easily didn't obtain the strategy that I taken care of, that I needed my cash back.
