I bought a VM prepaid telephone for my 11 year. Aged kid 2007 and anything appeared to be just good till I chose to place my kid on the regular program. And so I changed his strategy via web (6/19/08) which evening he employed the program an overall total of 10 minutes. The following day he desired to return to prepay since he sensed the strategy was also much cash and he doesn't utilize his cellphone a lot of.

And So I went online the following day 6/20/08 to change his airplane to some greater prepay consideration and also the next thing was cost for that strategy; and so I named VM to determine when the stability of the regular plan might be moved and also the repetition. (Mary) mentioned that I dropped my cash which their was nothing that she might do easily desired to I really could spend again to include moments to his strategy.

No-where while on-hold does VM let you know that should you change your plan-do they maintain your cash they are doing let you know as you are able to change anytime. And so I requested to get a supervisor to determine when they may help me move my stability of $49.99 to the prepay strategy and that I was informed that it had been out-of her way of administration to get hold of the headquarters in Warren, NJ to determine when they may help me.

I'd prefer to allow my VM people that I understand to fall VM!!! They don't use their faithful clients as well as their costs and customer support are ineffective!
