Switched to wrong plan!

TXU named me on Jan. 31 and advised the plan that I had been on, Bend Guard, had been stopped plus they had a need to change me to a different strategy. The program they recommended changing the program I had been on is known as Contract Protect Plus. Additionally they desired to inform me about their Marketplace Advantage strategy which is really a strategy that drifts t/the marketplace rates. I decided to change towards the fresh Bend Guard strategy and was imfactic that used to do not need to become on the strategy where the costs drift t/the marketplace.

After I received my Feb. Statement they'd changed me towards the marketplace advantage strategy. On Feb 13 I named and requested TXUis customer support to place me about the strategy I'd decided to.

After I received my Mar. Statement they nevertheless hadn't transferred me towards the strategy I'd decided and so I called again. This time around I had been educated the Bend Guard strategy wasn't open to me since I'd not changed to it once they named me in Jan. And additional that I'd not named them in Feb. I advised them that I sensed they'd overcharged me by approximately. $50 both weeks which when they did not change me towards the strategy I'd decided to they could be dropping my company. I actually donot enjoy their phone worker and also the boss that I talked with after her contacting me a liar, that they both did.
