I went into Home Emporium on Feb. The 25th of 2012 around 2pm. To purchase pre - finished flooring. I found the flooring that I wanted to purchase for a remodeling job that I am doing. I also had the home owner with me and she wanted this flooring. I asked one the employee's how much of this flooring they had in stock. The employee returned with the store manager. (The store manager did not have his name tag on him and I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. Then I asked him for his supervisor and he refused again. His reply was " I DON'T HAVE TO GIVE THAT TO YOU") The flooring the home owner pick out had 13.78 s. F to a box it was advertised for $13.50 a box in the store. The name of the flooring was Timberland solid nail down with 5 year finish. When the store manager came over he was extremely rude to me and my client!!! The store manager totally refused to sell me the wood flooring for the advertised priced in the store. I also have pictures of the signage as well as the home owner. As we left the store with no flooring for my client she was extremely upset and disappointed on how the store manager handled this situation. As for for myself, being a contractor I will NEVER shop here again or recommend any of my future clients or business associates.
