My first dealing with them was an order for cabinet knobs. It got completely botched, and I then stood in the customer service line for nearly an hour to get a credit. I hesitated to deal with them again, but flooring was on my list, so I gave them another chance. At the Home Depot on 23rd St. in NYC and Staten Island, I asked for Pergo laminate. I could not find the color I wanted, so I was taken to a different flooring company and chose something there. At home I discovered they had sold me real wood rather than laminate. I accepted what I had bought, but I am stunned by how incompetent this organization is.
Never again.
