Thomson Elect cust serv. Is awful

I returned a defective GE phone. The cust serv told me to mail it to Thomson Elct - El Paso TX.
After 5 weeks. No repsonse... Ive been calling cust serv many times. Your talking to people in India. They are reading from a book when then instruct you. No matter what you ask or say. The same. Improperly pronounced answers and words. The same answers to a tee. They know there is a problem, but still stand by the recited answers
the problem is nobody is doing anything at the El Paso site. Might not even be open. They will not give me a phone # for there.
They insist on proof of shipping, and then they will issue a req for new phone. They know the whole thing is all screwed up, but dont want to send phones to everyone. They make it very hard.
I didnt get shipping info when i mailed the phone, due to phone cost me over 100, i had to pay for shipping myself and didnt want to pay for extra insur, etc. Boxes this large do not get lost. I think the thing was thrown in a corner and forgotten.
