Thomson Inc under the General Electric brand name. Phone failed to work right out of box. Was told to send it to 1101B Burgundy Drive El Paso TX 79907. NO ONE THERE to receive package. After numerous calls to customer service and assurances the situation would be dealt with, nothing was done. The package just sat in El Paso post office. NEVER BUY anything made by Thomson, as I see many complaints about all of their products (RCA DVD players, etc.)
