We contacted Thomson, Inc several times due to problem with an RCA television set that the picture was not coming on right away. We were told to fax copy of reciept and that we would be sent a new tv until the company could determine the problem with ours. After several days we we heard nothing back we recontacted them and was advised fax was never recieved so we faxed another copy to them and was told it would be another 4 days at which time we requested to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor advised us that they would send a shipping label to send back the tv and we would have to pay 105.00 for another unit. Again this was suppose to take 4 days.
It has now been over a week and a half with no shipping label. I have sent an e-mail to RCA Corporation and intend to pursue this issue with Thomson, Inc. I have found this company to be unreliable and their customer service in very inadequte. I have even gone as far as to contact Wal-Mart and advise them that they should reconsider selling any RCA televisions due to the problems that lot of people across the country are having with Thomson, Inc
