I cant help but comment, most people do not know how to prepare reasturant quality steaks. Cook stright from frozen to hot grill. 2min one way 2min the other. Locks in and sears in the juices. Then cook to your likeing. Im the cust serv rep. And i asure that i stand by our one year garentee. You dont like or mess up on preperation, we replace it. Not even wallmart will do that. 99% of our complaints are from cust. That never even try to let us make it right. If you dont call then how do we fix it??? Also the guys are salesman. This is how they make there living. Nobody made you buy it. Even at 200.00 a case which is 44 cuts of beef, thats 4.50 a cut. We trim all the bone and fat off, but leave enough for flavor, what you dont eat you dont pay for. Im sure the dog stays mad at us too. Would love to help some of the problems on here, Even if it means i got to stay and help prepare the food. Cust serv, joe
