Sent them back faulty GE-Thomson dect phone. Three months no reply. Finally got through to find out what happens.
They can't replace it and will mail me a check for purchase price in 6 weeks So it will be 18 weeks totally and no phone I paid return through fedex myself for shipment from a store.
Can see a lot of complains on their product exchange center in El Paso, TX
Isn't it a time for a class action?
